It's been a lovely week or two (however long it has been since I last checked-in...loosing track of time already). A bit cold and crazy but still London-lovely. Lots of adjustments going on - I am almost legal with a bank account, a telephone and a permanent address. Moving into my new place in Notting Hill this coming week and keeping my fingers crossed that I will have as much luck with the living situation there as I have had in my temp house. Will miss my Aussie lair..lots of Vegemite in the mornings with these kids!
Next week going up to Nottingham and than to Amsterdam to visit with work - looking forward to seeing a bit of the English and Dutch countryside.
Can't wait to see my little sis, who is popping into town for a few days. Going to be playing host and taking her out to eat at every Indian restaurant in town. Super excited she's coming! That's the greatest thing about London - perfectly located and positioned for easy visiting when on this side of the Atlantic.
